Overview: This discussion paper is based on a unique methodology to assess the impact of new and emerging technologies on the infringement and enforcement landscape related to IP. The methodology has been developed by the Impact of Technology expert group of the European Observatory on Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights that was established in early 2019.
