Overview: This document seeks a policy which compliments the VFA regime and continues to support innovation and new technologies for financial services in the area of STOs without compromising investor protection, financial integrity and financial stability. It has been prepared with the EU framework in mind and with the objective of providing guidance on the applicability of relevant EU legislation vis-à-vis STOs.
